About this class
Improvers English, Tuesday 13.00-14.30 (also 10.30, workshops for integration) We offer a variety of English classes tailored to meet the diverse needs of asylum seekers and refugees. These classes are designed to help participants improve their language skills and build the confidence needed for daily life and future opportunities. Among our offerings is an ESOL Employability Class, funded through one of our projects supported by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). This class is aimed primarily at refugees seeking to enter the workforce, providing them with language skills and practical preparation for employment. In addition to the ESOL class, we run other English classes to suit varying skill levels. These include Beginners English on Mondays, Improvers English on Tuesdays, and Conversational English on Thursdays. For more information or advice, please contact us. Derby Bosnian Centre / DRAC
Derby Bosnia and Herzegovina Centre offers ESOL classes at different levels. We help asylum seekers and refugees become active and confident members of their communities. We also offer outreach, workshops and advice in collaboration with Derby Refugee Forum.
